About Abigail
As a dedicated guitar tutor with 6 years of experience, my journey with music has been both a passion and a profession. I began playing guitar at a young age, drawn to the expressive possibilities of genres like rock, blues, and fingerstyle. Over the years, I've honed my skills in these styles, mastering techniques from intricate fingerpicking to soulful blues bends, and energetic rock riffs.
Beyond teaching, music remains a central part of my life. I immerse myself in exploring new sounds, attending concerts, and collaborating with fellow musicians. This enthusiasm fuels my teaching approach, where I aim to inspire and guide students of all ages, particularly school students, in developing their musical talents and understanding.
In addition to guitar, I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and cycling, which provide balance and inspiration in my life. These hobbies reflect my belief in holistic learning, where creativity and personal interests contribute to a well-rounded educational experience. Whether introducing beginners to the fundamentals or refining the skills of more advanced players, I strive to foster a lifelong appreciation for music and empower students to express themselves confidently through the guitar.

Beyond the classroom, I continue to explore and innovate in music, drawing inspiration from diverse genres and contemporary trends. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students can thrive, building a foundation of skills and knowledge that extends beyond the guitar to enrich their overall musical journey and creative expression.
