About Iris
As a guitar tutor with 6 years of experience, I bring a passion for rock, blues, and fingerstyle music to my teaching. My approach focuses on cultivating a deep understanding of technique, theory, and musical expression, tailored specifically for school students at all levels of proficiency. Whether introducing beginners to the basics or refining the skills of more advanced players, I aim to inspire a lifelong love for music through engaging and personalized lessons.
Beyond teaching guitar, I am an avid explorer of different musical genres and styles. I find joy in experimenting with new sounds and techniques, which enriches my teaching by offering diverse perspectives and creative approaches. Outside of music, I enjoy hiking trails and immersing myself in the natural beauty of outdoor settings. This hobby not only keeps me physically active but also provides a refreshing balance to the creative intensity of guitar teaching.
