About Jiya
My teaching methodology for Math is built on collaboration, empathy, and open-mindedness. I believe that every student learns differently, so I create a supportive environment where we can work together to tackle challenges. By encouraging questions and discussions, I help students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and ideas.
I use various techniques, such as real-life examples and interactive problem-solving, to make concepts relatable and engaging. I also integrate relevant subjects, like science and economics, to show how math connects to everyday life. My goal is to empower students and build their confidence in their abilities.

With 9 years of tutoring experience, I have a deep passion for education that drives me to inspire my students every day. I’ve had the privilege of teaching over 300 high school and college students, helping them master the concepts of math, particularly Algebra and Trigonometry. My goal is to make math accessible and enjoyable for everyone. One of my significant milestones was developing personalized lesson plans that cater to each student’s unique learning style, leading to improved grades and increased confidence.
