About Quinn
My teaching methodology for piano is built on four key principles: Accountability, Creativity, Communication, and Patience. I encourage students to take ownership of their learning journey by setting clear goals and creating a structured practice plan. This helps them stay on track and see consistent progress. Piano lessons should be inspiring, so I incorporate creativity into every session, allowing students to explore their unique musical interests. Whether it’s improvisation, composition, or experimenting with different genres, I help students think outside the box. Communication is vital, and I believe in maintaining open, honest conversations with my students. I take time to understand each student’s learning style and adjust my lessons to suit them. This creates a comfortable space where students feel encouraged to ask questions and express any challenges. Lastly, I practice patience because learning piano takes time and dedication. Mistakes are viewed as valuable learning opportunities, and I support students through every stage of their progress. Along with piano, I also provide support in music theory and composition to help deepen students’ understanding of music. My goal is to create an engaging and enriching environment where each student can reach their full musical potential.

I am a passionate and dedicated piano teacher with over 5 years of experience, specializing in teaching students from school to college levels. Music has always been a huge part of my life, and I love sharing that passion with my students, helping them explore the depths of piano performance, theory, and composition. Over the years, I've had the privilege of guiding students to achieve their musical goals, whether it's mastering a piece, preparing for an exam, or unlocking their full potential as musicians. My approach is personalized and patient, allowing each student to progress at their own pace while maintaining a fun and engaging learning environment. Throughout my career, I've seen my students develop a deep appreciation for music, some even going on to perform professionally. My goal is to inspire and encourage every student, nurturing their growth and helping them succeed in both music and life. I'm committed to making every lesson meaningful and impactful!
