With over 12 years of experience in the classroom and as a former Head of Science, I offer a premium tutoring experience tailored to your child’s needs. My background as an Examiner gives me a unique perspective on the common pitfalls students face, allowing me to provide the specific exam techniques required to secure top grades.

I hold a degree in Anatomical Sciences and a PGCE, and my passion for Biology is at the heart of everything I do. I pride myself on being calm, patient, and adaptable—ensuring that every student feels confident at their own pace.

My sessions are strategically designed to move students from passive learning to active exam mastery. Each one-hour session is tailored to the student’s specific hurdles, whether that is grasping complex biological pathways or mastering the mathematical requirements of Physics.

As an examiner, I place a heavy emphasis on application of knowledge. We don’t just "cover the content"; we deconstruct mark schemes to understand exactly what examiners are looking for. We will focus on:

Command Word Clarity: Understanding the difference between "describe," "explain," and "evaluate."

Memory Retention: Using proven techniques to ensure information sticks long-term.

Mark Scheme Mastery: Learning to write concise, high-scoring answers that hit every marking point.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, though I offer flexibility to accommodate intensive revision or specific topic deep-dives.
