About Jack
I am a professional singing tutor with more than 13 years of experience teaching students from schools, colleges, and professional workplaces. My aim is to help students improve their vocal abilities, gain confidence, and enjoy the process of learning music. I believe singing is both a technical skill and an art form, and my lessons focus on building technical proficiency while encouraging creativity and self-expression.
My teaching approach is interactive, practical, and student-centred. I teach vocal techniques including breath control, pitch accuracy, tone modulation, and vocal projection. I also cover music theory, rhythm, sight-reading, and performance skills such as stage presence, expression, and audience engagement. Lessons combine structured exercises with real-life examples to ensure effective and enjoyable learning.
I tailor lessons to each student’s level and goals. Beginners are guided with patience to develop foundational skills, while advanced learners are coached to refine technique, prepare for performances, and overcome challenges such as stage anxiety or vocal strain. I emphasise consistent practice, structured guidance, and measurable progress tracking.
My mission is to create a positive, supportive, and inspiring environment where students feel confident exploring their voice, gaining technical mastery, and developing a lifelong love for singing and music.

My teaching methodology for Singing is learner-friendly, practical, and focused on building confidence. I use real-life examples and case studies from songs, performances, and daily voice use to show students how vocal techniques work in real situations.
I teach with empathy, understanding that singing can feel personal and emotional, and I provide a safe space for students to experiment and grow. My flexible teaching style allows me to adapt lessons to the student’s learning pace, vocal ability, and goals.
Clear communication ensures students understand each concept, and I provide regular feedback. Using a problem-solving approach, I help students overcome vocal challenges such as pitch issues, breath control, and tone inconsistencies. Along with Singing, I also teach subjects like music theory, rhythm training, ear training, vocal care, and performance skills.
