About Tyler
With over 8 years of experience, I am a committed Drum Tutor specializing in college students. I help learners develop strong rhythm skills, technical control, and musical expression. My teaching style is supportive and goal-oriented. I design lessons that match each student’s pace and interests. I focus on posture, timing, coordination, and groove. I use innovative methods such as structured practice routines, rhythm visualization, and practical song-based learning.
These techniques help students understand drumming clearly. Creativity is encouraged through improvisation and pattern development. I also help students think critically about rhythm choices and musical flow. As a mentor, I guide students with patience and accountability. My teaching methodology for drums balances creativity, understanding, and responsibility. I aim to help students become confident drummers with strong musical knowledge.

Along with drum lessons, I also teach supporting subjects like basic music theory, rhythm counting, tempo control, and practice methods. This helps students become well-rounded musicians.
