About Agustina
Hello! I am Agustina Ocampo, a professional jazz singer with more than 8 years of experience teaching singing lessons. My focus is the connection between the voice and the perception of our body, which I consider essential to developing confidence and understanding the body mechanism in the art of singing.
My journey in the world of music has led me to explore how body awareness and the mind-body connection influence our ability to express ourselves through singing. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of students, from children to adults, in both individual classes and group settings.
I firmly believe in the importance of understanding how our body responds to the act of singing. My classes focus on developing your own perception, helping my students understand and use their body efficiently to improve their vocal technique and self-confidence.
My approach goes beyond vocal technique: I seek to empower my students to explore their artistic potential and find their own unique voice. From beginners to more experienced singers, my goal is to accompany you on your musical journey, whatever your level or age.

My teaching method focuses on offering a comprehensive experience for vocal development. We begin with an initial phase of recognition of the body and its relationship with the voice, exploring anatomy and the connection between posture and sound.
Through specific breathing and relaxation exercises, students learn to control their breathing and release tension, allowing them to expand their vocal range and improve projection.
Vocalization is a fundamental part of my classes. Through exercises adapted to each student, we work on improving vocal quality, intonation and flexibility, allowing greater mastery and precision when singing.
Once we have established a solid foundation, we customize classes based on the student's individual interests. We can focus on the repertoire you want to explore, whether that's learning a specific song, developing improvisation skills, or diving into music theory to better understand the structure and composition of pieces.
My goal is to provide a versatile and personalized learning environment, where students not only improve their vocal technique, but also explore their creativity and passion for music. Each class is an opportunity to grow and enjoy the process of discovering and developing your own unique voice.
