About Zach
As a teacher with over 7 years of experience and a DMA in Vocal Performance, I’m passionate about helping adults find their voice—literally and figuratively. My lessons are warm, encouraging, and completely pressure-free. I love working with beginners, hobbyists, and those returning after a long pause. Together, we focus on breathwork, posture, and mindful awareness to make singing feel easy and connected. My students learn to sing with freedom, confidence, and heart. I teach across genres like Jazz, Folk, Blues, and Contemporary Adult. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s presence. Singing is a wonderful form of self-expression and care. It reminds us to breathe, listen, and enjoy the moment. You don’t need experience to begin. Let’s start your journey and rediscover the simple joy of singing.

My approach is built for singers who want a career that lasts. With a focus on sustainable technique, lessons help you strengthen your voice while keeping it flexible and free. Breath, balance, and mindfulness are key to everything we do. Singers learn to manage energy, prevent fatigue, and recover between performances. Touring artists develop endurance through healthy routines and smart planning. Ensemble singers learn to maintain tone quality over multiple services. Each session includes strategies for hydration, rest, and vocal resets. We treat the voice as a lifelong instrument, not a short-term tool. This training protects your voice while enhancing performance quality. The Soloist in Training and the Church Ensemble Player both benefit from tailored care.
