About Christina
My name is Christina and I have been a primary school teacher for over ten years. I love working with children and fostering their love of learning and seeing their characters develop and grow. I have always been interested in vocabulary and speech development and studied this further whilst doing my Master's in Education. I have learnt and developed many strategies over the years and implemented several initiatives within schools to further develop children's early speech, reading and writing development. I am passionate about phonics and it is one of my favourite lessons to teach. I ensure lessons are fun, engaging and always tailored to the individual needs of the children.

I make sure all lessons are tailored to meet the individual needs of my students. Sessions are fun and engaging and taught predominantly through games and play. I ensure that I get to know each child so that I can tap into their personal interests to engage them with their learning and ensure progress. I appreciate how important parental engagement is and will keep you informed each step of the way. I am passionate about teaching young children and supporting them to reach their full potential.
