Emma est une prof vraiment attentive et dévouée. Elle est prévenante avec ses élèves. Et mettra tout en œuvre pour transmettre son savoir et sa passion de la façon la plus pédagogique possible. Chaque cours sera ainsi adapté pour permettre aux participants d'en profiter au maximum !
Super prof! Ces séances sont des purs moments de bien être. On commence avec de la méditation, ensuite un écharnement d’exercice faciale et enfin une visualisation pour redonner confiance en soi :-)
J’ai découvert Emma et son univers du yoga du visage il y a 1 an et je suis adepte. Elle m’a proposé un programme de 3 séances personnalisées et j’ai vu les résultats après quelques semaines. Foncez-y sans hésitation!
