About Dylan
Hi, I’m a dedicated Health and Social Care professional with over 7 years of experience across both emergency and community settings. I started my journey as a 999 ambulance call handler, where I learned the importance of calm under pressure and clear communication. From there, I moved into domiciliary care, supporting individuals in their homes and gaining deep insight into person-centred care. I hold a Foundation Degree (FdSc) in Health and Social Care and now offer online lessons for beginners who are either starting a course, looking to enter the care sector, or simply want to build confidence in their knowledge. I’m passionate about teaching because I know how vital this work is—and how overwhelming it can feel when you’re just starting out. I want to help others succeed in this rewarding field by sharing what I’ve learned from real-life experience, in a way that’s friendly, practical, and easy to understand. If you’re looking for guidance from someone who’s been on the front line and genuinely cares about helping others grow, I’d love to support you on your learning journey.
