About Jessica
I am a mother of one who has experienced having a child with mental health and anxiety. I became a family support worker after having worked in childcare for many years. I became a facilitor in the triple p program back in 2020. I am trained in stepping stones and fearless.
2-12 years stepping stones is for children who have additional needs.
6-14 years fearless is for children who are experiencing anxiety.

This program runs for 6 weeks 2 hours per session. Each week offering strategies that will offer parents the tools to support a child who is experiencing anxiety. Parents are given in detail a good clear understanding of what anxiety is and the effects it can have on our body.
