According to me method is not what matters but the communication between a teacher an it's pupil. At the end of the day the motive is to go home with some knowledgeable experience. The session should be a great takeaway for students. To create and build a practically knowledgable set of youth ..
The main aim is to connect them to their innerself .. to evoke a sense of peace in them. To connect to soul.
