About Ishan
I am an active, FIDE-rated professional chess player with an official standard rating of 1566. Over the years, I have trained rigorously in advanced tactical analysis, calculation methods, and opening structures.
Because I regularly compete in high-level tournaments, I understand the real pressure of a chess game. I don't just teach dry computer theory—I teach my students how to think under pressure, manage their time, and build a strong competitive mindset. I am highly patient and specialize in guiding beginners step-by-step toward their goals.

My online chess classes are highly interactive, patient, and tailored specifically for beginners. I focus heavily on building a structured mental checklist before every move, ensuring my students learn how to think cleanly and stop making one-move blunders. >
Together, we will master essential tactical weapons like forks, pins, and skewers, alongside fundamental opening laws like central control and early king safety. Mistakes are always treated as the best way to learn in a positive, encouraging environment
