About Marius
My friends call me Bear, I'm passionate about all things fungi. I like teaching because I can help people reconnect with nature, whilst gaining a deeper understanding and respect for our planet. I believe that sharing knowledge is crucial for our existence and survival as a species. The big bonus is, I get to make new friends along the way.

Here, we reconnect with nature on a deeper level, and hopefully gain some deeperunderstanding and respect for our planet and host.
My teaching style is super relaxed and is aimed at the very beginner to the very experienced cultivators.
We'll cover everything from:
Mushroom identification and flied mycologyprincipals
Spore collection
Germination
Agar work
Liquid cultures
Grain prep
Sterile work
Inoculation and incubation
Colonization
Bulk substrate prep and spawning to bulk
Fruiting conditions and harvesting.
Im comfortable teaching in Afrikaans and English.
