About Eshika
I am Eshika, a third-year University student at Auckland University. With substantial experience mentoring a year 8 student as a university mentor, taking education as a university major, and working in a daycare, I believe I have the requisite experience to create a successful learning environment to make sure others succeed in their academic work. I have a strong interest in pursuing a teaching, academic profession focused on the youth. My main reason is to make a difference in the lives of as many people as I can, especially in the academic side of the youth becoming the next and better generation. This will provide a background understanding of what it is like to be working with students and the skills I would need. I am confident that I have the skills to work patiently with others and help them grow in areas they may be weak in. I believe I have the skills needed in a challenging work environment. I am enthusiastic and prompt individually and can express myself intelligently and practically to be as successful as possible in any work I pursue.
