About Marisa
I am a final-year medical student with a strong passion for teaching and helping others succeed academically. Throughout my medical training, I’ve learnt the importance of truly understanding concepts rather than memorising them, and that’s the same approach I use when tutoring. I enjoy explaining topics in detail, breaking down complex ideas into simple, manageable steps, and adapting my teaching style to each student’s needs. I want to teach because I understand the challenges students face, and I find it rewarding to help them build confidence, improve their understanding, and reach their academic goals.
