About Emily
I am a final year student of Modern Languages, fluent in German and Spanish. I have a year's experience tutoring a student in GSCE German, who has proceeded to attain the highest grades. I also have experience teaching beginner's Spanish to Austrian university students, and have worked as an English Language Assistant in schools in Austria.

Having studied languages myself, I am familiar with the requirements of exam boards and the most effective teaching methods. I am flexible to work to your needs and the areas you wish to focus on, however my typical lessons involve a mixture of competencies, divided between speaking, writing, reading and listening. I like to use activities to make language learning fun and create a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere so that lessons are enjoyable and engaging.

Emily has a love for languages. Her desire to learn more about the language and a countries culture has led her to spend time in Germany, Spain, Austria and Portugal. She has completed a degree in modern languages and enjoys teaching both German and Spanish to Family, Friends, and pupils of varying abilities.
During the initial lockdown she undertook tutoring of German at GCSE level and held Spanish lessons for a German University using various online methods .
