About Anna
I am a third-year student studying for a BA (Hons) Primary Education with QTS. I have taught children of all backgrounds including SEN/D, behavioral and Gifted, and Talented. Completed college with 5 A levels and an 'Outstanding' in my teaching practice. Tutored children between 5-16 over the past 5 years and received high recommendations.

The lesson can be fluid to meet the needs of each individual learner. However, I ensure that I start the lesson recapping work that they have previously done/ quick starter to boost confidence and get children ready for the class. I approach each topic based on a variety of factors including work asked to be completed by parents/ carers, initial assessments with learners based on their school year to find areas of improvement. Using 'White Rose Maths' to teach maths classes, 'Letters and sounds' to teach phonics, however, can work to a specific scheme on request depending on what your child uses at school.
