About YOG
I am an ex-finance/corporate employee who worked for 6 years only to find my true calling in the vast universe of Yoga.
Since the age of 6, I have been practicing Yoga, but only when I started experiencing some major health issues due to my job did I really start studying it. This led me to get a degree in Yogic Therapy from IISDT (govt.)
I have 4000+ hours of teaching experience and conduct offline sessions as well.

I am living and breathing proof that Yoga can not only help you achieve your physical goals but also nourish your mind and soul. And for this very reason, I delved deep into the world of Yogic Science.
My teaching methodology is based on my student's needs. My motto is simple: do what makes you happy. And Yoga will help you find that inner peace and happiness.
My classes usually comprise 10 to 15 students, and if one needs a one-on-one session, I can accommodate that as well.
At the end of every session/class, I always encourage my students/clients to ask me any kind of question that comes to their mind.
Since Yoga is considered a way of life, I am a firm believer that the practitioners of yoga should not be limited by any demographic.
As the saying goes " Yoga se hi hoga" !!
