About Linn
I am a certified PT and Yoga instructor with solid experience in strength training, endurance training and fitness. I work as a PT and Yoga instructor full-time but want to reach out to more people. I am an active fitness practitioner and find it exciting and interesting how we can develop, strengthen and shape the body. I focus on the whole and the person, where a good balance is important.

Together we focus on your goals, where I adapt training after a mapping conversation. I can offer strength training, cardio training, building muscles or toning the body, stronger core or endurance. If you want to work with mobility and flexibility, a Yoga program could be something for you.
