What do you want to learn?
Meditation is a great place to start.
"Then you say but I can't stop thinking" Oh that is absolutely true. So do not worry. It's about sorting out thoughts. What benefits you and not.
I want to give you a guidance call to set up your program. To find your core need in this moment
You wil experience mastery and results after only one yoga class.
I recommend a minimum of 3 hours for you to integrate your own practice.
The teaching method is in a calm tone.
I teach all ages from 5 years to 80 years.
Mindfulness is for all ages.
By mastering meditation for only 5min per day, are you well on your way.
