Free 30-minute Consultation – Let’s talk about the challenges you’re facing and how I can help.
Initial Assessment (1–1.5 hours) – A detailed look at your needs to create a personalised therapy plan.
Follow-up Sessions (45–60 minutes each) – Hands-on support and exercises tailored to your progress. The number of sessions will depend on what works best for you.
Review/Wrap-up Session (45–60 minutes) – Reflect on your progress, adjust your plan if needed, and discuss next steps to maintain improvements.
