About Grace
First sessions often begin with the distinct smell of wood polish and the quiet anticipation of a new song. I confess that I get just as excited as you do when a student nails their first scale. We spend our time refining ear training and modes through a lens that respects how your specific brain processes sound.
Having played professionally for 13 years, I prioritize efficiency alongside enjoyment. I provide free chord charts and tab sheets after each class to keep your momentum going at home. Beginners and advanced players alike feel the strings vibrate under their fingertips instantly. As a neurodivergent instructor, I treat music as a sensory rhythm that connects us across borders. My 13 years of gigging Latin music in Australia inform every note I explain to my 500 students. I grew up with the sounds of bolero and flamenco, which remain at the heart of my approach.
These traditions are not just history but living, breathing patterns. Whether you want to master barre chords or complex blues progressions, I guide you through the logic of the fretboard.
My self taught journey gives me a unique perspective on how to bypass frustration. I keep things light, rhythmic, and always moving forward. You will find that my teaching style is designed to be accessible and genuinely motivating.
