About Tasha
I am a first-year Psychology student at the University of Cambridge, aspiring to specialise in psychiatry. With a strong academic background, I’m dedicated to helping GCSE and A-Level students achieve their full potential in psychology. My tutoring approach is clear, patient, and tailored to each student’s needs, focusing on simplifying complex topics, building confidence, and developing exam-ready techniques. I strive to make lessons engaging and supportive, helping students not only improve their understanding but also enjoy the subject. As a Cambridge University Psychology student with a strong academic background, I offer engaging and tailored tutoring sessions for GCSE and A-Level Psychology students. My teaching methodology combines a clear, structured approach to theory with interactive discussions, exam-focused strategies, and real-world examples to make concepts relatable and easier to understand. I aim to simplify complex psychological ideas and provide techniques to improve exam performance, including essay structuring, understanding mark schemes, and managing time effectively. Each lesson typically lasts 1 hour, but can be adjusted to suit the needs of each student. I use a mix of visual aids, practice questions, and active recall techniques to ensure students grasp and retain content. Lessons are specifically designed for students aged 14–18, whether they are aiming to improve their understanding, build confidence, or achieve top grades. I also draw on my experience studying psychology at one of the most prestigious universities in the world to provide unique insights and mentorship for those considering higher education in psychology.
