A first-class honours graduate in Accounting and Finance, I am currently employed as an accounting tutor at DCU while pursuing an MSc in Accounting. I am eager to teach accounting and related subjects

About Gearóid
I am currently undertaking an MSc in Accounting at DCU after obtaining a first-class honours BA in Accounting and Finance also from DCU. In addition to the MSc, I have a part-time role teaching financial accounting tutorials to undergraduate students.
I have a track record of academic success, including 7 H1s in my leaving certificate (including Accounting, Maths, and Business). I also placed in the top three of my Accounting and Finance degree on two occasions and have worked in two of the top four accounting firms in the world.
I am very comfortable with all aspects of accounting. I currently teach accounting and business at leaving cert level and I am a financial accounting tutor at third level.
I would love to be able to pass on my knowledge to accounting students at secondary school or university level.
