About PRAVIN
I am Pravin Raj Muralitharan (巴拉威), a professional AI Engineer and a First-Class Honors AI Graduate from Universiti Malaya. My career began as a Software Engineer at Dell Technologies, where I focused on high-level code quality and enterprise-grade software standards. Currently, I work as an AI Engineer, specializing in building cutting-edge applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced automation.
I believe that the best way to learn is by doing. Having transitioned from traditional software engineering into the rapidly evolving world of Artificial Intelligence, I know exactly which skills are essential for the industry today. I bridge the gap between academic theory and practical, real-world deployment, ensuring my students learn more than just syntax.
My background allows me to mentor students at various stages:
- For Beginners and Secondary Students: I simplify complex logic using relatable examples.
- For University Students: I provide deep insights into AI modules, RAG systems, and Final Year Projects (FYP).

My Teaching Approach:
My lessons focus on Project-Based Learning. Whether we are automating daily tasks with Python or developing Machine Learning models, I ensure every concept is reinforced with a hands-on exercise.
My Methodology:
- The "Why" First: I explain the logic behind the code before we write it.
- Live Coding: We build scripts together from scratch so you understand debugging.
- Industry Standards: I teach clean code and documentation practices used in professional software engineering.
Lesson Structure:
Typical sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing enough time to cover a concept and get started with a practical mini-project. I provide custom-made notes and coding challenges after every class to track your progress.
Who I Teach:
These lessons are designed for Beginners looking to start their coding journey, Secondary students (SPM/IGCSE) aiming for an edge in computer science, and University students struggling with AI modules or final year projects.
With a First-Class Honors in Artificial Intelligence from Universiti Malaya (UM) and professional experience in software development at Dell Technologies, I bridge the gap between academic theory and industry reality.
