About Lauren
I have a First-Class Psychology degree, an MSc in Health Psychology with Distinction, and I’m currently completing a Doctorate in Health Psychology. I currently work within the NHS as an assistant psychologist. Psychology isn’t just something I study, it’s something I’m passionate about and continue to work with every day.
My interests outside of psychology include travelling, running and solo skydiving.
I’m friendly, enthusiastic, and I want my students to feel like they’re learning with someone who is genuinely excited about the subject and not just someone reading from a textbook.

I can help with understanding difficult theories and concepts, applying psychological research, exam preparation, essay writing, research methods and developing effective study techniques. I’ll break things down into manageable pieces, explain things in different ways when needed, and focus on helping you understand rather than simply memorise.
