About Finn

For the past 9 years, I have been teaching trumpet with dedication and enthusiasm. My mission is to help school and college students build strong musical skills while developing confidence and a love for learning.

My teaching covers breathing techniques, posture, embouchure, tone production, articulation, rhythm, scales, sight-reading, ear training, music theory, and performance preparation. I personalize each lesson so students receive the guidance they need to reach their goals.

One of my proudest career milestones has been helping students perform successfully in concerts, school functions, and music examinations. Their progress reminds me that patient teaching and regular practice create lasting success.

I create an encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. I celebrate every achievement and motivate students to keep improving with confidence.

Teaching is more than my profession—it is my passion. I aim to inspire every learner to develop musical skills, discipline, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is designed to help students become confident trumpet players through structured learning and creative activities. I adapt every lesson to the student's learning pace and musical goals while creating a positive and encouraging classroom environment.

Motivation is an important part of my lessons. I encourage students to stay determined, practice consistently, and celebrate every improvement they make along the way.

Communication helps students understand difficult concepts easily. I explain lessons in simple English, demonstrate techniques carefully, and encourage students to ask questions whenever they need additional support.

Integrity is reflected in my honest guidance and respectful attitude toward every student. I provide constructive feedback and encourage discipline, responsibility, and confidence.

Creativity keeps students engaged and excited about learning. Lessons include breathing exercises, articulation practice, rhythm activities, improvisation, tone development, and performance training that strengthen both technical and expressive skills.

Besides trumpet, I teach music theory, rhythm reading, ear training, sight-reading, beginner arranging, music appreciation, and ensemble performance. My aim is to help students become complete musicians who enjoy learning for many years.
