About Ashni
I am a Medicine student at the University of Lincoln (affiliated with the University of Nottingham). I have a passion for science and I want to inspire the next generation of science students to increase their love for and confidence in the subject.

I can conduct lessons in 1 hour or 2 hour sessions in Chemistry at GCSE and A level. Lessons will be personalised according to strengths, weaknesses and style of learning. The lesson format will be broken down into three parts: 1. Content teaching: a section where I go through a topic the student has suggested they need work on, covering points according to the specification in necessary detail, using powerpoints and other resources which the student can use for their own revision. 2. Content review: a section where I use small questions to check the understanding of the student in what has been reviewed, going through any mistakes in detail to reinforce the topic. 3. Practice questions: a section where we work through one exam question together to increase knowledge of the style of answering, after going through it in detail so that the student understands the application of the content in the exam, the student will attempt another exam question independently which we will review together to identify and correct any mistakes. This format can be adapted according to the need and ability of the student.
