About Vladimir

Hi, I'm Vladimir. I'm based in Sydney and I offer fitness routine and nutrition-habits sessions in a professional, structured way—online or in person.

I'm not a certified personal trainer or dietitian, and I'm transparent about that. What I do bring is years of serious training experience, a strong focus on discipline and consistency, and an ability to build simple plans that people actually follow. I'm also from a luxury hospitality background, where professionalism, attention to detail, and adapting to different people is part of the job every day.

My approach is practical and motivating: we create a routine that fits your schedule, set clear weekly goals, and build better eating habits without extreme rules. If you want to train more regularly, feel stronger, and get your lifestyle under control with a clear plan and accountability, I'll be happy to help you.
