I have previously worked in a couple of gyms as a fitness trainer and have also done one to one personal coaching. I have taught friends and colleagues a lot of fitness and have held talks in assemblies in primary and secondary schools. I do online personal training as well - (concealed information)

I am a Mechanical Engineering student who is also a Certified Fitness Trainer enthusiastic about Bodybuilding and Weight loss.
Lessons will be taught however you want to learn. Video lessons or one to one lessons.
Whether you want personal coaching where I make you a fitness program for you to follow and reach your goals or you want learn and educate yourself about fitness, both can be taught.
You will learn how to lose weight effectively, build muscle efficiently, enhance sports performance, nutrition plans, how to be and stay healthy etc
