My name is Piyush Raj, and I’m a new personal trainer who believes in progress, not perfection. I started just like anyone else—wanting to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Through my classes, I want to create a space where we grow together, stay consistent, and celebrate every small win along the way.

This class is designed for people who, like me, are still figuring things out but want to stay consistent. We’ll focus on basic workouts, improving form, and building a routine that actually feels good. It’s about progress, not perfection. I may not have years of training experience, but what I do bring is energy, accountability, and a real commitment to making fitness less intimidating. This class is for everyday people who want to get moving, feel stronger, and stay motivated together.
