About Unnati

I have been teaching piano to children and adults since 2007. Over the years, I noticed due to sedentary lifestyles, mostly everybody has bad postures and poor fitness levels.

Having a job that involves sitting for hours, I always tried to keep my body active and have over 17 years of experience with spinning, latin dance, HIIT, yoga, resistance training and body weight training and nutrition.

I have a trained a lot of people over the years, including myself with wonderful results. I don't follow any crazy diet plans. Just basic rule of moderation and eating healthy.

My teaching blends strength training, functional fitness, posture exercises and flexibility I break down each movement, ensuring students understand proper form and alignment, which helps prevent injury and builds a solid foundation and make fitness a lifestyle.


I have 3 workout plans. Everybody will get a body measurement chart to track their progress.

1)Express workout -
Duration: 30-40 minutes / 5-6 days a week.
Target Audience: This is great for working professional and kids who have limited time, but want to get/stay in shape.
Focus: Quick, efficient exercises that cover cardio, strength, and flexibility.
Cost: Personal training in person Rs. 1000/class & Group Rs. 800/class ; Personal Training virtual Rs.800/class & Group Rs. 500/class

2)Full workout -
Duration: 60-90 mins / 5-6 days a week
Target Audience - Those with more time, aiming for significant weight loss or comprehensive fitness.
Cost: Personal training in person Rs. 2000/ class, Group Rs. 1500/class ; Personal Training virtual Rs.1800/class & Group Rs. 1300/class

3)Flex & Flow 3-Day Plan -
Duration: 60-90 mins / 3 days a week
Target Audience - Individuals seeking a more relaxed but effective routine
Focus - Balance between strength, flexibility, and mobility with ample recovery time.
Cost: Personal training in person Rs. 2500/class, Group Rs. 2000/class ; Personal Training virtual Rs.2300/class & Group Rs. 1800/class
