About Sarthak
I am a person who made changes in his life through fitness. Went from 82kgs pure fat chubby to 78kgs pure muscle mass. I started with just bricks and my own physical body at my terrace. I reduced weight to 66kgs in 5 months. Learned a lot, made mistakes and did hit and trial for 4+ years in the field. So I am no extraordinary being, but did work consistently and it made some sort of extraordinary!
Now engage with people, give advice, training and make them happy!

- Workout movements (How to do, Why to do, What not to do).
- Diet according to your daily accessibility, not random.

The consultancy is mainly for those who feel GUILT if they skip!
