About Monika
I started my journey when I was in school. I like sports very much and I was very good in sports and physical activities.... I love to play and doing exercise.... Then I played on national and state level in sports ..then I have done graduation...... Then suddenly something happened with me and I went through depression....
That time I decided to learn yoga ...
* I have done diploma in yoga & alternative therapies from DSVV Haridwar..
* Yoga healed me from inside out completely and gave me strength to get back with more power and energy to live life in better way...
* Then I decided to teach yoga because I think if I can heal my life so why not others...
