I’m Destiny, a passionate and experienced computer technician with over 6 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading computers. I’ve helped individuals, students, and small businesses keep their systems running smoothly and now I’m here to teach you how to do the same. My teaching style is friendly, patient, and practical. I believe anyone can learn to repair and maintain their own computers with the right guidance, no matter their starting point. I break down complex concepts into simple steps and make sure you understand the why behind everything you’re learning. You’ll learn how to: • Diagnose and fix common PC and laptop issues • Replace or upgrade hardware components (RAM, hard drive, etc.) • Solve software problems and remove viruses • Reinstall and configure operating systems (Windows, Mac) • Maintain and optimise system performance • Understand key safety and ESD precautions Lessons can be online, with a focus on real-world skills that save time, money, and stress.
