About Lucía
It took about four years (since I started my college career) helping people express themselves through dance and art. It is also a therapeutic experience for me. I worked with groups from toddlers to adult groups without any previous experience. From Art Therapy and Dance Therapy workshops to people interested in polishing their technique.

My classes are aimed at any person or group of people with a certain artistic interest willing to make contact with your body, improve your technique or let out their creative side. My working method is very experimental and intuitive, I like working through the technical side of sensations. It does not require any special skill level or for beginners in the language of dance, it is simplementede want to establish a connection to our emotional being.
