My name is Harriet and I have a passion for holistic healing. I am a mum of two and have brought my children up with a holistic health approach. I love helping people to follow their passions and if like me you have an interest in holistic and alternative healing I have a lot of information to share with you.

I have been studying holistic therapies for over 15 years and I am a reiki master and an advanced flower essences practitioner. I can teach about flower essences how they are used, the history, the many different ranges and how to create your own. I can also advise on other relaxation techniques and holistic health for families.
