About Kathleen
Hello! My name is Kathleen, and I am currently working as a Dermatology Nurse in Abu Dhabi. Before moving into healthcare, I gained valuable communication and teaching experience as an online English teacher during the pandemic, helping students improve their speaking, reading, writing, and conversational English skills.
I also worked as a call center representative, assisting customers from the United States, Australia, and Canada. This experience strengthened my English communication skills and exposed me to different accents and cultures.
In addition, I worked as a Nurse Assistant in the Philippines, where clear communication, patience, and professionalism were essential. I enjoy helping others learn and build confidence in using English for school, work, travel, and everyday conversations. My lessons are supportive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s individual goals and learning style.

My teaching approach is friendly, patient, and tailored to each student’s needs and learning goals. I focus on improving speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary through interactive and practical lessons. I encourage students to build confidence by using English in real-life situations and conversations.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes and are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults at beginner to intermediate levels. As a healthcare professional working in an international environment, I use English daily and understand the challenges of learning and communicating in a second language. My goal is to create a supportive and enjoyable learning experience that helps students progress at their own pace.
