About Jay
Hello! My name is Jay, and I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic and personal goals through clear, practical, and supportive learning.
I hold a Master's degree in Food Technology and have hands-on experience in nutrition, fitness, and health sciences. My teaching philosophy is simple: every student learns differently, and my role is to make complex topics easy to understand while building confidence and independent thinking.
I create a friendly and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Rather than focusing only on memorization, I emphasize conceptual understanding, practical applications, and problem-solving skills that students can use both in examinations and in real life.
