About Sarah
I am a mum of 5 that has always had an obsession with baking from a very young age - one of my earliest baking memories is of me pulling out sugar and flour from the cupboard to make my mum a cake! She wasn't pleased but appreciated the sentiment.
Since 2018 I have had my own home bakery, specialising in Afternoon tea deliveries, complete with vintage crockery! When lockdown hit I began selling afternoon tea boxes and not looked back! I supplied the local hospital with cakes and bakes throughout lockdown to help support our wonderful nurses and doctors and I’ve also done some pop up afternoon tea events locally too that have been very successful!
I take celebration cake orders too!

I can offer you 1:1 teaching of the basics or more detailed work. I have over 39 years of baking experience and 6 years experience running my own baking business.
I can teach you how to register with your local authority and start your own baking business, get yourself a 5 start food hygiene certificate, manage your social media and mentor you to be able to bake absolutely anything that takes your fancy!
You don’t have to be starting a business, you can just be baking for friends or family or even for yourself!
