About Riddhi

Hi I'm Riddhi and I have over a decade of personal yoga practice and consistent physical training, that is the foundation this is built on. The approach here is practical: flexibility and agility are trained progressively, with attention to how the body actually moves and where it holds tension. Somatic work is offered for those who want yoga and meditation as tools for internal awareness, not just physical output. The focus across all sessions is on making the body work better for the life you already have and the training you already do.

About the lesson

This class is designed for two kinds of people-
Those who are already training/or not, but whose strength lacks range, and
those looking for a slower, more internal experience through yoga and meditation.
For the first group, the work focuses on opening up the body, building flexibility, and developing agility so that existing strength becomes functional and not just aesthetic. For the second, sessions offer a somatic approach, using breathwork, movement, and stillness to develop body awareness and emotional regulation. Both tracks draw from yoga and can be taken independently or together depending on what you need. I can combine the two to hone a more holistic experience of yoga
