About Tamara
I have 5 years of academic experience studying Psychology from A-Levels to Master’s. I also have teaching experience as a module lead during my Undergraduate studies where I ran a Forensic Psychology Introductory course over 2 semesters. I prepared learning content, pre-recorded lectures, ran weekly workshops and created and assessed coursework. I can offer 1:1 tutoring in any area of Psychology that you need help with. I like to teach using practical examples so that you are able to apply your learning within a wider context and to demonstrate its relevance within real life. I thoroughly enjoy this subject and I will bring a lot of passion to the table.

Having been a student for 5 years with different institutions I am able to thoroughly relate to any anxieties or difficulties that students may experience during exams, written coursework or even just understanding content. Thus, I would love to be able to help in addressing these concerns in a strategic manner that will have long term results. I am happy to read over any essays and provide feedback, provide exemplar answers, complete past papers together etc. I will provide a learning plan with content that we have discussed during the session so that you will have a consolidated set of notes that you can refer to.

I think Tamara is a great tutor for a variety of reasons. I believe because of her I was able to wrap my head around certain topic . This is because she was calm and went through every topic slowly allowing me to fully comprehend the topic before we moved on. I think she is a compassionate tutor she is able to teach very well as she understands what I need to be taught.
