About Erica
Growing up, I had a rare eye condition that lead me to go through lots of therapy. Due to this, I qualified as having a learning disability. My amazing teachers never gave up on me and inspired me. They helped me get to where I am today. While working as a full time teacher, I obtained my master's degree with a 4.0 as well as working in the top school district in the Kansas City Metro. My early on struggles have lead me to be a more creative teacher and have the ability to teach a variety of different learning strategies to help my students achieve.
