I set specific, measurable milestones each month, and I review actual data with students regularly, showing concrete evidence of improvement rather than vague general impressions. Listening practice uses graded, leveled content matched precisely to a student's current measured ability, adjusting systematically as their skills genuinely improve over time. I treat mistakes as data points, not failures, logging patterns methodically to adjust the following lesson's focus with real precision. Every lesson stays structured, measurable, and genuinely evidence-based, because I believe language learning responds extremely well to real systematic tracking.
