About Dallas
I started weight training at the age of 14 and fell in love with it. As my passion grew for it, so did my knowledge. I trained and prepped myself for my first bodybuilding show at the age of 18 years old where I placed 4th in the men’s division. I expanded my knowledge by working at Gold’s Gym for over two years as a trainer joining the Army.
While in Ranger Battalion I was responsible for coming up with all of the training and programming for my younger guys. My role was to make sure America’s most lethal fighting force was as fit as possible.
After getting out of the Army I got a job as a personal trainer at Emerald City Athletics where I quickly rose through the ranks to become the director of the personal training department. I managed hundreds of clients, proofread training programs from the trainers on my staff, and I was responsible for teaching my staff different techniques to improve their training experience. I most recently worked at Henry’s Gymnasium as the top trainer, overseeing all of my clients programming, progress, and nutrition.

Not only do I provide the “what” to do, but I will give you the “why” as well. This will help your understanding and knowledge flourish further in this endeavor!
