Hi, I'm Samantha, an American expat who's lived and worked across the UK, the Netherlands, and Kenya. I'm formally educated in Communications and spent over 15 years working as a writer and on-air talent for major US television news networks and FM radio stations — including hosting red carpet interviews at major events and giving public lectures on leadership and humanitarianism.
That background means I don't just speak English, but that I know how to communicate clearly, structure a thought and hold a natural, confident conversation. I am also very patient with my students. I've lived abroad in various countries and used to interacting with people of various accents. American English is my mother tongue and I speak in clear, proper English that's easy to follow and learn from.
I now bring that same experience to teaching. Whether you want to build everyday conversational fluency, sharpen your grammar, improve your reading comprehension or simply gain the confidence to speak naturally with native speakers. I'll tailor each lesson to your goals.
