About Chris
Upon leaving the Royal Marines I embarked on a new journey which led to me spending the majority of next two years at sea. It was at this time I found meditation.
During this time I would practice for hours an hours per day, if I wasn't meditating or working, then I was learning about meditation, like a child with a new toy I was fascinated, although 7 years later, this fascination is yet to wear off.
In fact, as the years have passed, my love for meditation has only grown stronger and I am very fortunate to have had the opportunity to train as a Buddhist Monk at the end of 2021. It was here that all the pieces came together for me, a combination of thousands of hours of personal practice, with formal training received and exercised.
Upon my return I have been training others in meditation and perhaps more importantly, living a meditative lifestyle. This I have found to be the key to unlocking whatever it is you wish to unlock inside of you.

Your session will be broken up in two parts, the first being theory based, where we will discuss obstacles, meditation techniques and you will learn how to implement these successfully during your own practice.
The right meditation technique for you is one of the most important things (especially in the beginning) in your meditation journey, there is no 'One-size fits all' technique when it comes to meditation, especially when we want to progress in our solo practice, away from the one-to-one sessions.
The second part will consist of the practice itself, where I will guide you through the meditation, followed by anything you would wish to share about your meditation and any questions that you may have.
